Small lots require creative design solutions. The homeowner wanted to maximize their entertaining area so we gave them a fabulous space. The lot was sloped so we raised the patio to create a seamless flat area for their dining table & lounge chairs. We even installed a gas line from the house to the outdoor grill. The retaining walls add a sense of privacy while providing extra seating without clutter.
